How to Order


Please browse our website and choose your selected items and add them to your basket. Postage will be added to your order at the end.

 

Some items in the catalogue are currently not available to order online. For these items please contact Gaynor directly on +44 (0) 1582 605510 or at gavand@ntlworld.com to place your order.

We accept payments by Paypal (enabling payment by Credit/Debit Card) or cheque.

Delivery
We have no minimum online order.

 

Post sent in the UK is priced as follows:

Orders that cost up to £7.00 the P & P is £2.80 and will be sent second class post
Orders that cost between £7.01 & £20.00 the P & P is £3.20
Orders that cost over £20.01 the P & P is £3.60

 

Orders are usually sent by first class post or myHermes from receipt of cleared funds but please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. However, please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays. Please email if you would require Special Delivery in the UK.

 

For all deliveries outside the UK or for alternative payment methods (i.e. Cheque) please contact Gaynor directly on +44 (0) 1582 605510 or at gavand@ntlworld.com to place your order.

 

If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to offer either a suitable alternative or refund or arrange to back order the item if possible.

Please note regarding any orders placed during / near to a bank holiday / Christmas period etc then the delivery of your order may be delayed accordingly.

Incorrect delivery of goods
If delivery of the goods is different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, no later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.

Non delivery of goods
Please allow 28 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us if your order has not been delivered.
We cannot send out a replacement order until the full 28 days has passed.

Returns
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items and the postage costs incurred when returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note postage costs in this case will not be refunded.

Please contact us prior to returning any goods.

 

If any sealed packets have been opened or damaged then we will class these as no longer being in their original condition and will therefore not qualify for a refund.
By original condition and packaging we mean unused and unopened.

Any returned items received after the 7 days will not be refunded.
